I started my natural living journey after my step-father was diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder and my biological father was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Watching them navigate their way through our broken healthcare system, inspired me to take control of my own health and to learn as much as possible.

My goal with this site is to have lifestyle, mom life and diet posts in one place. I hope to create a place that is not only a wealth of information and knowledge, but is also filled with honesty about the struggles and victories that I have and continue to face.
